The main course is dashi shabu-shabu with plenty of vegetables, made with Kagoshima Prefecture's Roppaku Kurobuta pork.To allow you to fully enjoy the flavor of the ingredients, enjoy it simply with Japanese-style dashi, green onions, and yuzu pepper.It also comes with eight generous skewers of deep-fried skewers, including lotus root stuffed with minced meat and asparagus wrapped in meat! Be sure to enjoy this highly satisfying course.
