The main course is dashi shabu-shabu with plenty of vegetables, made with Kagoshima Prefecture's Roppaku Kurobuta pork.To allow you to experience the flavor of the ingredients, enjoy it simply with Japanese-style dashi, green onions, and yuzu pepper.It also comes with eight hearty skewers of fried foods, including lotus root stuffed with minced meat and asparagus wrapped in meat!
